Gas combination boilers are one of the most popular forms of supplying heating and hot waterfrom the same unit, ideal in dwellings that have a small number of hot water outlets, e.g.: kitchen sink and bathroom, these units are not suitable for dwellings with extra rooms such as en-suite, cloakrooms, utility rooms as the flow rate is designed for 1 tap at a time, maybe 2 for larger dwelling you need to consider an unvented hot water unit which can be sized to suite your needs.
